What is Cookie Clicker?

Cookie Clicker is the definitive incremental game (or "idle game") created by Orteil and DashNet. Since its release in 2013, it has defined the genre, challenging players to bake astronomical amounts of cookies through clicking, hiring grandmas, and building interdimensional portals.

The game features a deep system of upgrades, achievements, and minigames like the Garden, Grimoire, and Pantheon. As you progress, the complexity of optimization grows, which is where a dedicated calculator becomes essential.

Why Use a Calculator?

In the late game, buying the "cheapest" building is rarely the most efficient strategy. Our calculator uses the Payback Period (PP) formula, which considers:

Is this tool safe to use?

Yes! Your save data is processed entirely in your browser. We never store your save files. The AI Advisor only uses a summary of your stats to provide recommendations.

How do I import my save?

In Cookie Clicker, click "Options" > "Export Save". Copy the long string of characters and paste it into our Analyzer.

When should I ascend?

For your first ascension, most players recommend waiting until you have 365 prestige levels. Our Ascension Planner can show you exactly what upgrades you can afford.

What is "Raw CpS"?

Raw CpS refers to your base production from buildings before multipliers from prestige, kittens, or active buffs are applied. It is a key metric for many game calculations.
